Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

Who we are

Cross That T ("we", "us") operates the website at crossthatt.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the crossthatt.com website and the contact form on it. It does not cover credit or underwriting reviews. Applications and supporting documents for a review are submitted and handled through the online portal of the company you are applying with, and that company's own terms and privacy notice apply to them. Nothing you upload to such a portal passes through this website.

Information we collect

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, and, if you provide them, your company or firm, your phone number, and your message.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider receives the technical information a browser sends with any request, such as an IP address and browser type, and keeps standard server logs for a short period for security and reliability. Our contact form handler does not store your message and does not write its contents to any log.

The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's privacy policy governs that request.

How we use your information

We use the information you send through the contact form to reply to you and to handle your inquiry. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email.

Who we share it with

We share contact form submissions only as needed to handle your inquiry:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions in our email for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send your request to tiffany@crossthatt.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Requests about information held in a company's portal should go to that company.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and contact form submissions are delivered to us over encrypted channels. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
